Setting up an email account in Outlook 2003

Click on Tools, select email option

Select Pop3 Option, Click Next

Enter your account details, ensure full email details are entered username field, then Click on "More Settings"

Click on the "General Settings tab, then click on the "My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authenticaction" radio button. This will open the additional radio button at the bottom of the form, entitled "Log on to incoming server before sending mail", which must be ticked.

Click on Next

Click on Finish, then test for incoming email. Once succesful, send yourself an email, to test for outgoing email.

If you get an error message, please check for correct spelling of all accounts, as this is typically where errors occur.
